Mike Putnam founded Sequence, Inc. in 2002 to provide high-caliber consultants to assist drug manufacturers in complying with increasingly complex regulatory requirements. Under his leadership as CEO, Mike has led the development and implementation of forward-thinking strategies to promote growth and position Sequence as the leader in quality and compliance solutions.
Mike serves on numerous boards for professional organizations, CEO peer groups, and university advancement councils. His wide range of industry experience includes leading compliance initiatives for new facilities, remediation efforts, and new regulatory requirements. He attended East Carolina University where he earned his B.S. degree in Industrial Technology (Manufacturing concentration) and he holds an M.S. degree in Industrial Technology (Digital Communications concentration).
As the Integrator and CFO for Sequence, Andrew provides strategic alignment of company goals and vision while providing oversight for the key functional areas of Finance, Business Development and Operations. He brings extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, optimizing financial structures, corporate development and strategy, systems implementation, and operational controls and efficiency.
Andrew has an undergraduate degree in Finance and a Masters in Accounting and Financial Management; in addition, he holds his credential as a Certified Management Accountant.
As Chief Services Officer, Justin plays a vital role in guiding our Operations and Service Delivery vision to support our future growth goals and initiatives through leadership, management, and accountability for our service delivery team members across all regions. His wide range of experience includes Manufacturing Engineering, Validation Engineering, and all facets of technical service delivery in compliance environments. He has successfully led and managed some of the largest client projects in Sequence history.
Justin is a licensed Professional Engineer who graduated from North Carolina State University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering.
Jonathan’s wide range of experience includes 17 years leading and managing large capital projects in engineering and CQV capacities for many top pharmaceutical clients. As the Chief Revenue Officer for Sequence, Jonathan plays a vital role in guiding our Sales & Marketing vision to support future revenue growth goals, planning and initiatives through leadership, management, and accountability for our business development and marketing across all regions.
Jonathan is a graduate of North Carolina State University with a degree in Chemical Engineering and Chemistry.
Justin Cook, Chief Technical Officer, ensures the company maintains a continuous learning culture to stay abreast of ever evolving client needs, industry trends and new technologies. His commitment to interface with our client base and manage our growing partnerships provides real-time feedback to drive the strategy of the training and talent acquisition teams to support our long-term growth goals. His knowledge and expertise in good engineering/manufacturing practice is cutting edge and is pushing our team members into the future with commissioning, qualification, validation, and digital services. He ensures we hire to our core values and that each new hire is equipped with practical, real-world experience. Justin has also successfully led and managed some of the most complex and technical client projects in Sequence history.

As the VP of Client Solutions, Julie provides strategic insight and strategy for marketing and business development to support future growth initiatives. With more than 25 years of experience in marketing, PR, and brand engagement, she leverages her ability to positively impact brand awareness and reputation to reach prospective clients across the globe helps ensure we reach our long-term growth goals.
Julie is a graduate of Arizona State University with a BS in Marketing.
Jarred Christofaro serves in the capacity of Vice President of Service Delivery. He is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the operations function of the entire Sequence organization ensuring client success and operational efficiency. Most recently, Jarred was responsible for leading the growth and expansion of our Sequence presence in the Northeast Region. Under his leadership the region has achieved double digit growth since 2021. Jarred’s proficiency in GxP regulations, CQV approach, and interpersonal dynamics allow him to coach and mentor our Service Delivery team while his extensive experience managing some of the most complex projects in Sequence history provides insight and value to our clients.
Jarred is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a BS in Biomedical Engineering.
As Vice President of Finance & Administration for Sequence, William leads a variety of activities including the functional areas of Finance & Accounting, HR, IT and Facilities. He brings significant experience in financial analysis, systems implementation, and compliance to support the financial health and strategic vision of the company.
William is a graduate of North Carolina State University with a degree in Business Administration. Additionally, he holds a Masters in Business Administration from East Carolina University.
